Class Descriptions
Stitcher’s Garden
Cost: $300.00 ($25.00/month), or $255.00 pay in advance (15% discount), includes fabric.
First Thursday each month beginning February 2, 2012 at 10:00am or 6:00pm
This is not an everyday, let’s make a quilt class! Each month is dedicated to using
a different foot and different embellishing techniques to create a unique quilt.
The feet used during this project include Open Toe Appliqué foot, Edge foot, Circular
attachment, Button foot, Free motion foot, Cording foot, Pintuck foot, Piping foot,
and Fringe foot; plus Free Motion Couching, Couching, Candlewicking, and Chenille
techniques. Each month you will receive a kit containing the fabric and instructions
for the foot or technique necessary to complete each square. The cost is $300.00
for this 12-
Class Supplies: Sewing machine in good working order with a new needle for each class, rotary cutter, ruler, straight pins, neutral color thread for bobbin, assorted colored thread for top stitches, different foot each month (will be announced one month in advance).
